Cancellation Policy
We begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided processing, personalization, packaging, or dispatch has not begun.
Personalized or customized orders cannot be cancelled once production or personalization has started.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
For approved cancellations, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
