We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

All sales are final once the order has been successfully placed and processed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@amorvya.com.

Please provide clear photographs and, where possible, an unboxing video for verification.

After reviewing the issue, AMORVYA may provide a replacement or exchange, depending on the circumstances.

Personalized, customized, engraved, or bespoke products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products must be checked upon delivery. Requests made after the 48-hour reporting period may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
