You may request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. We ensure that our process reflects the same care and elegance as our premium gifting experience.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. We will credit your original payment method, ensuring a sophisticated and effortless transaction from start to finish.

Policy Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be in original AMORVYA packaging

The following items are final sale:

  • Bespoke creations or items with custom engravings and personalizations.

  • Perishable items including fresh floral arrangements and gourmet hampers.

  • Personal care products, earrings, or unsealed fragrances due to hygiene standards.

  • Items showing signs of use or those not in their original, pristine condition.

AMORVYA reserves the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet these luxury standards at our sole discretion.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the safe return of the items. We suggest using a premium, trackable courier service for security.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit. We recommend insured shipping, as we can only process your refund once the items are received and inspected at our curation center.

Gifts:

If you received an AMORVYA gift directly, we offer a digital gift credit for the value of your return. This allows you to choose a different treasure from our collection that perfectly suits your style.

For items not marked as gifts at the time of purchase, or if the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
